A two-part journey to reset and elevate.

We begin in the Movement Shala with a guided breathwork experience led by Alison Beckner. Expect gentle embodiment practices, grounding meditation, and a powerful active breath sequence. Invite the mind to step aside as you release tension, clear stuck energy, and reconnect to the body. No experience necessary.

Afterwards, float over to the pool for a DJ set by Amanita. Lounge, dip, dance — your reset continues under the New Mexico sun.
